Street parking is the only free option available. Please be wary of parking rules.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is 4pm unless you make a special request. If you have an early flight, we can hold your bags until check-in at no cost. We have an independent system that allows you to check out when you’re ready. Check-out is at 11am, unless you pay the late fee.
We do not have a curfew, but quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am to ensure the comfort of other guests. Please be respectful.
Complimentary coffee, tea, and cereals are available daily.
In order to maintain our antique setting, we do not allow pets.
We are a smoke-free establishment. Any sign of smoking in the residence will result in a $100 cleaning fee.
Usually we have a 2 night minimum requirement, but exceptions may be made for last minute bookings. Please contact for more details.
We offer a 10% military discount and a 10% college discount with valid form of ID. Contact us for price matching of third-parties websites.
Do I have to share a bathroom with 5 rooms?
Fortunately, we have a bathroom on each floor. The bathrooms are monitored and cleaned daily.
Can I rent an airbed for my third guest?
Room 1 and 2 are the only rooms that can accommodate additional guests. An air mattress is included, but additional guests will be charged a nightly fee.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Street parking is free surrounding our location, but remember that parking near a fire hydrant or a driveway can result in a traffic ticket. Street cleaning may apply. Please read signs. Paid parking is available 500 feet away from our location at Jenuwen Parking (718) 284-8934.
My flight was delayed for hours. Will I be able to check in after normal hours?
Standard check-in is between 4pm and 8pm to ensure the respect and courtesy of other guests. If you will be late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements. Self check-in is always available for our later travelers.
